QseerB can be utilized as a disaster mitigation tool by transmitting alarms to each floor in the building during a strong earthquake strike.

QseerB provides time history of SIL quantitative shaking that the building experiences over its lifetime. Initial condition of the building can be modeled. The SIL values can be used to calibrate (refine the structural parameters) current condition of the building structure. This allows accurate diagnosis of the building's health assessment. Furthermore, the application in Forensic Building after the building collapsed is highly recommended.
